RChilli’s New Avatar 3.1 – Enhanced Accuracy with 50+ Parsing fields.

RChilli Inc, world leader in Resume parsing and analysis, has taken a big strand to serve the global clients with the best recruiting solution. The new version not only supports more than 5 document formats but provides the unmatched accuracy of 87%.

The new edition is also coming up with more parsed information like University of pass out, Year of passing, the split-up of candidate’s work experience etc. The company has filed certification for HRXML consortium to penetrate the HR industry effectively.
